It’s been weird coming back home after traveling smack dab into holiday mode. Everyone’s busy, everyone’s sick, lots of travel, the typical family drama.
But this year, I’ve tried to take a step back and enjoy. Even though for the first year, we’re hosting part of the family Christmas, and I need to mop instead of play on Instagram 😉
Since I've been back, I’ve really enjoyed making chai, sourdough bread, pepper jelly, and hot sauce (though I almost died blending up last night's batch of Tabasco peppers). As I typed that, I realized, damn, I have a lot of hobbies around food, lol. But they bring me joy and we should all do more things that bring us joy, right?. Is more joy on your 2025 to-do list? It probably should be.
All that being said, yoga and meditation certainly bring joy, but they also bring equanimity and contentment.
And for the holidays I like to offer some pretty nice discounts on my private classes.
What better way to bring yourself joy in the new year than by deepening or starting a meditation or yoga practice?
You could also get these as a gift for a friend or family member!
Here’s a gift for you - a simple 5-minute breath meditation
I've been practicing long enough that everything I teach is appropriate for beginners or those ready to explore further.
I would be honored to help you or someone you know on this journey.
